ScanCon was established in 1997, with Steven Nielsen as the sole owner. Steven Nielsen is a building carpenter of trade and educated in Denmark, and also the owner of a construction company in Scandinavia. Experience from the overseas company complies building new multiple story flats and renovating hundreds of apartments/flats from the turn of the century.
Largest staff contingency was 260 artisans and 130 labourers.
